City RV Parks operates nice parks, close to city center, so that RV'ers can enjoy city amenities without a long commute.
Here's how we define "nice":
1) Safe, quiet neighborhood
2) Strong electricity - no brown outs
3) City water (safe, pure)
4) Connections at the right location
5) Clean surroundings
6) Graveled, level sites
Because land is so expensive in close-in locations, there are some limitations. Our parks are not overly large. This means -
> fewer sites with (probably) fewer amenities. No pool. But of course there is the entire city to tour and its plethora of offerings
> roads maybe narrower; it may take a little longer to park your rig
> since there are fewer sites, there is less cash to fund staff. We may have self/on-your-honor registration. Not to worry-only registration staff is limited. Park maintenance and cleaning is our top priority
